Made buying from afar a breeze
I just relocated from Chicago to West Palm Beach and Karin was a serious angel to work with. Being new to the area and on a very tight timeline I was concerned I wouldn’t find a property I loved. Karin set up a full day of showings in a number of different areas for me when I was in town and we found a great property. She helped me get it below asking despite another offer. Where Karin really shined for me was after the offer. I was in Chicago and couldn’t come down for inspection, but she handled everything for me. She was super involved with the title company and mortgage companies to make sure we were able to close as close to on time as possible. It was such a relief with my big move to know she was on top of everything for me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market.
