This one is so special. I’ve known these buyers for years—they’re family to one of my close friends—and I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me to guide them on this journey.
We started out looking for a fix-and-flip opportunity in Palm Beach County. We explored multiple options, but nothing quite checked all the boxes… until one day, they decided to pivot and look for something a little different—a place that could be both a vacation getaway and a strong short-term rental investment. That shift led us to the Florida Keys… and to this absolute gem.
This property already had multiple offers on the table, but through expert negotiation and genuine relationship-building with the listing agent, we locked it in at $25,000 under asking—plus an additional $30,000 seller credit during inspections.
