This one is so special. I’ve known these buyers for years—they’re family to one of my close friends—and I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me to guide them on this journey.
We started out looking for a fix-and-flip opportunity in Palm Beach County. We explored multiple options, but nothing quite checked all the boxes… until one day, they decided to pivot and look for something a little different—a place that could be both a vacation getaway and a strong short-term rental investment.
