• Inventory and months of supply both declined, signaling continued pressure on well-priced homes
➡️ Translation: Demand remains strong, especially among cash buyers, but pricing strategy matters more than ever.
🏢 Townhomes & Condos
• Closed sales up 8.7%, but median price dipped 1.5%
• Days to contract increased to 69 days
