It doesn’t take a buyer long to feel out the “vibe” of your home. As a realtor, here are 3 things that make buyers walk
away from a home:
1. SMELL - smoke, pets, mildew, etc…
2. LIGHT - is it light or dark in your home? If the first thing a buyer sees is “dark” it automatically makes the house feel
less “homey”
3. CLEANLINESS - is there clutter, messes, last nights dinner left out, junk in the yard, etc… all these are a reflection of
how the home might have been taken care of through the years.
