At Marcus & Company Realty we live by the philosophy of “Building a Better Brokerage, NOT a Bigger Brokerage” and it has paid off BIG. In 2025 MCR grew 87% by volume. This year we are focusing on the number of units (the people).

In Q1, the 32 agents at Marcus & Company Realty have proven our model WORKS. We hit a record number of sales in February of 59 homes sold, but while I was celebrating that success, the agents said “Hold on, we aren’t done”, and they topped it in March with 77 families served.
