Happy Anniversary to Poppo’s Taqueria!

Look at little Jillian at their original AMI location opening week 13 years ago!! 🥰🥰🥰

Poppo’s celebrated their 13th anniversary yesterday, and Jillian and I thought there was no better way to commemorate the occasion than by enjoying Taco Tuesday there today! 🌮

A big burrito for J, and I got my usual fave, the black bean quesadilla (hold the salsa verde… cuz I’m a wimp). So so so yummy! 🤤

Poppo’s is one of the few safe places Jillian can eat with her food allergies, so it has been a go-to of ours literally since they opened way back when! To have a yummy, safe food option for her on the island was a life-saver on many occasions.

Happy Anniversary, Poppo’s! We’re so excited to see how much you’ve grown! 💗💗💗
