We were investors too: buying, rehabbing, and selling properties—always with care.
Previously licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, after a season of profound personal loss in twenty-twenty, we chose to start a new chapter in Florida, closer to Tom’s family. The move opened our eyes to the unique needs of seasonal second-home owners, leading us to establish an accredited HomeWatch company alongside our real estate practice. This added layer of service gives our clients peace of mind well beyond the closing table.

Outside of real estate, we’re passionate about family, health, and wellness. We’re proud Great Dane parents to Magnolia and Huckleberry, and we’re working towards certifying Huckleberry as a therapy dog to bring comfort to hospitals and assisted living communities.
