We had the pleasure of fixing this failed parking lot for Kids Corner Learning Center. We fixed several issues they were having while we were out. First and foremost was the failed parking lot which was turning into a pond after a rain, second we changed the subgrade to help alleviate watershed up against the sidewalk and ponding near dumpster area, removed 2 "islands" to make maneuvering around easier and to gain more parking spots, and then we added a 100' of channel drain as a secondary precaution for drainage, and lastly did a quick rock area for the kids inside the fence. We absolutely loved working this project and couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Call us for any of your parking lot issues @ 601-502-4248.
