It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself on here, so since we’re starting a new year, it seems like a good time!

Hi, I’m Ann 🙋🏻‍♀️ and I’m a real estate agent in the Table Rock Lake area of Southwest Missouri, which includes Branson and surrounding communities. 😃

I have lived here for 20 years, raised my 5 kids here, and I absolutely LOVE the Ozarks lifestyle. The scenery is GORGEOUS, and the people are down-home and always willing to help. 😍

I love cruising on the boat, doing jigsaw puzzles 🧩, eating out, and cheering for the Chiefs. (Even though this year didn’t go so well! Sigh.) 🏈 I play piano for my church, and I recently learned how to play pickleball. Woot!

What can you tell about me from the picture?

1️⃣ I prefer carrying a backpack rather than a bag or briefcase. I can keep my hands free!
2️⃣ I am old enough to be of the era when it was NOT cool to put your backpack over both shoulders. Hello fellow 80’s grads! 😎
3️⃣ You will almost always find me in a cardigan during three seasons, and in summer I will at least be carrying one. (Air conditioning gets cold! Gotta be prepared!) I am of the firm conviction that a cardigan is the most comfy and versatile of your typical layering options. 🧦
4️⃣ I’m still learning how to take selfies!! 🤣

Gotta love Pop's Dari Dell!! We’ve been going for years, since the kids were little. We used to gather all of our change and go get ice cream after dinner. JR was always pleased to see us and didn’t mind counting the coins! We still go now, even though it’s just the two of us. But we leave the change at home LOL. 😃
