Meet Kim Schobel, Examiner & Manager for Fayette County and Milam County Abstracting Departments.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Kim shared:

Behind the Desk: Continuing the Legacy

Meet Arin Cafero, Policy Department head.

For nearly 12 years, Arin has played an important role in helping ensure each transaction is handled with care, accuracy, and attention to detail. She started out in the closing room as an Escrow Officer, and has transitioned to a more "behind the scenes" role issuing policies.

When asked "What makes our company different, in your opinion", Arin shared:

"The investment in both our people and our community. Through the support of our owner, Val Walters, and our underwriters, we’re given continuous opportunities to grow our knowledge through training, webinars, and continuing education. That commitment ensures we’re always improving and staying current in our field. We’re also encouraged to be actively involved in our communities through networking and local events, which helps us build meaningful relationships beyond the closing table."

Combined with a legacy of abstracting title dating back to 1883, that dedication to education, service, and community involvement creates a level of trust and experience that truly sets us apart.
