SOLD 🏡✨ — but this sale holds special significance.

Two years ago, I met these clients while they were searching for commercial space. Their search took an unexpected turn, and commercial space transformed into a home. Eventually, we found ourselves selling their previous home as well.

During those two years, my clients became friends. ❤️

We finally closed on their brand-new construction home in Franklin, TN, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for them!

Mistake one:
