If you’re looking to buy a new home in Tennessee. A new home is always appealing you get everything new & instant equity. This may sound amazing and it can be. Be aware that there are alot of (unlicensed builders) around Nashville they are not properly trained or licensed! This means a lot of problems for you the home buyer.

“4 steps before you buy a new built home”

1. Ask the listing agent for a minimum of 3-5 references on the builder and talk to all the new home owners.
2. Ask the agent for all the permits.
3. Always get a Home Inspection.
4. Always compare atleast 2-3 other new homes to each other.
