This Friday, May 8, kicks off our series of Community Partners Presentations.

If your business puts you inside your client's home, who may be on a fixed income, or has family nearby who may, you need to attend and hear our speaker this Friday, Steve Nagel, the Executive Director of HomeSharing.

HomeSharing, Inc. is a nonprofit program that connects individuals seeking affordable housing with homeowners who have extra space in their homes. The program creates mutually beneficial living arrangements by matching “Providers” (homeowners) with “Seekers” (individuals in need of housing), helping both maintain stability, reduce housing costs, and support independent living.

Services Provided include:

• Home sharing program (matching providers and seekers)

• Housing counseling and intake screening

• Background and reference checks

• Home assessments and interviews

• Compatibility-based matching referrals

• Assistance in developing shared living agreements

• Ongoing case management and mediation support

• Follow-up support throughout the housing arrangements.
