Anthony and Katrina, both Colorado natives, currently reside in Brighton’s Wright Farms neighborhood where they are actively raising their combined 6-person family. Anthony and Katrina co-creators of Inside Voice, a non-profit corporation that funds teachers’ needs for helping their students and their classrooms in the Adams 12 school district says that, “Community is extremely important to us and

teachers are the most important occupation there is, period”. Anthony and Katrina have pledged to have 10% of their commissions go directly to Inside Voice. “Giving back to the community where I was raised is not only a great thing to do, it is setting a great example for our kids,” Anthony explains. He brings with him an exceptional attention to detail, great organizational skills and 15 years of sales specializing in tough negotiations. Katrina’s passion for Real Estate was ignited the first time she took a customer out to a showing. Explaining “it was neat to walk through a house knowing that my client could turn this empty house into a home”! Katrina has an uncanny knack for home design and loves interior decorating. She loves to walk through houses to get her creative juices flowing and lets her imagination run wild with endless possibilities to improve her surroundings. Katrina can always be found one of just a few places; a showing, a closing, at the office or at one of her kids’ many sporting events. Besides being the oil that keep this 6 person family running smoothly, Katrina possesses a plethora of talents from analyzing property values and market trends to being an expert in contracts. An extremely hard worker, Katrina will work tirelessly to match the right house to her client’s lifestyle, wants and needs.
