That doesn’t happen by accident.

That's the text I got from one of my seller families the morning after their first showing weekend.

But here's the thing — the magic of that text didn't happen at the showings. It happened in the three weeks before, when we sat down and got honest about what their home needed before it ever hit the market.

Decluttered spaces that had been "we'll get to it" for years. Fixed the small stuff. Pulled down family photos (always the hardest part). Rearranged the living room until it told a story a buyer could picture themselves living in.
