It is incredible to think that just one year ago this community was still in the early stages of construction turnovers! The Villas at Wyles Farm has come to life in the most beautiful way. What once started as construction plans and hardhat tours is now a thriving neighborhood filled with connection, laughter, and residents who truly make this place feel like home.

At this proud BTR Haus community, we have had the privilege of watching neighbors become friends, families create memories, and a true sense of community take shape day by day. Every detail was designed with intention — not simply to create apartment homes, but to create a better way of living.

From clubhouse gatherings and resident events to quiet evenings on patios and walks through the neighborhood, this community has become exactly what we hoped it would be: elevated living with heart behind it.

To our incredible residents — thank you for trusting us, believing in the vision, and making this neighborhood so special. We have loved every moment of watching this BTR Haus community grow, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds.
