I want to be sure that everyone knows that the property tax deadline for those of you owning homes in San Mateo County, has been extended to May 4th.

Additionally, I want those of you who may have a home that you absolutely must sell, that Mike and I are still here for you. Real estate is considered "essential", but we are only allowed to work under very strict and extremely limited rules. A few of those guidelines are that there must be a genuine need to sell the home immediately. Another, is that all homes must be shown virtually. If they cannot be shown in that fashion, they can only be shown if they are completely vacant and we follow stringent social distancing rules. No showings of occupied homes are allowed under any circumstances, not even if the occupants leave for the day. And no open houses are allowed (like anyone in their right mind would do one right now anyway!)

This is a tough time for everyone. Please don't hesitate to message me if you have questions about this or, quite frankly, anything, since I have lots of time on my hands at this point!
