The latest Mid-Year 2026 Market Update is in, and here’s what it means for buyers and sellers:
🏡 Home sales are up 8.3%
💰 Median home prices have increased 3.5%
📈 New listings are up 2.9%, giving buyers more options.
📋 Active inventory has grown 6.3%, but with only about 3.5 months of supply, we’re still in a competitive market.
🔑 Pending sales jumped 14.6% in June, showing strong buyer demand despite mortgage rates around 6.5%.
📍The Tri-Cities economy continues to remain strong, with low unemployment and steady job growth—great news for our local housing market!
