Last night was the 39th Annual Rotary Teacher of the Year Banquet, and it was such an incredible evening.
Our Rotary Club had the chance to recognize and celebrate so many outstanding educators in Bristol, TN and VA. These teachers do so much behind the scenes, and it’s truly an honor to recognize them and the impact they make every single day.
Congratulations to all of the nominees and to this year’s winners Brad Stubbs (Bristol, TN) and Wendy Edwards (Bristol, VA). Both are so deserving of this award!
As a former teacher, being a part of the teacher awards committee means a lot to me. It’s a small way to give back and show appreciation for a profession that often doesn’t get the recognition it deserves. 🍎
