After the septic inspection, my buyer wasn’t comfortable, moving forward. We talked through his options, he decided to walk, and I supported him 100%.

Getting an offer accepted doesn’t mean you have to ignore the things that don’t feel right. My job is to help you make an informed decision, even when that decision is to walk away 🫶🏼

Now that fall officially started yesterday, it feels like the perfect time to look back on one of my favorite summers yet. Mostly because I got to marry my best friend, but also because it was filled with so many fun plans, celebrations, family, friends, and memories that I’ll never forget.… this summer is going to be pretty hard to beat 🥹✨

It was definitely a busy one, but the best kind of busy. Feeling very grateful looking back on all of it 🤍

Congratulations to my seller and to the new owner of this home!!

Manufactured home sales can come with a few more moving pieces than your typical transaction, and this one definitely kept us on our toes. We hit a few unexpected obstacles along the way, but thanks to an incredible team, we worked through every single one behind the scenes before our clients ever had to worry.
