I wanted to take the chance to invite you all to our Fox Creek event next Wednesday, September 20th. We will have both 3920 Forester Ct and 3924 Forester Ct open for viewing. As the builder, I will be able to answer any questions about these homes or the several others we have under construction in the subdivision. In addition to that, JR2 Development will run tours of the new phase 2 they are finishing up at the end of the year. This will add 85 Lots to Fox Creek.

We will be catering in Just Jeff's burgers and have a Blackstone Griddle we are giving away courtesy of Lowe's Home Improvement.

Who loves bonus rooms? We sure do and this home features one of our best designs for some extra space. Both dormers open up into the room and the results speak for themselves. Come take a look!
