Write these 5 questions on a sticky note! 🗒️

1. How should we structure the offer?
2. What contingencies should we include in the offer?
3. How soon do we need to provide the earnest money deposit?
4. What’s the lowest price you think we could offer for this house and still close the transaction?
5. If the offer is accepted, what are the next steps?

If you ask these questions, you’ll feel much more confident in your offer because you’ll have a deep understanding of all the moving parts.

Plus, if the seller comes back with a counteroffer, you’ll be able to make a quick decision since you’ve already thought about your offer in-depth. 💰
