For 75 years, TOPS has been helping people live healthier, more balanced lives. As a non profit organization, their mission has always been to keep costs low so that support is accessible to everyone.
For the past 12 years, our local TOPS chapter has met every Monday right here in the Calibre Chase community room. With long standing members from both inside and outside our community, they’ve built a welcoming space where people encourage one another toward healthier habits.
The TOPS approach isn’t about fad diets or quick fixes. It focuses on what truly works over time: fewer calories, more movement, smarter choices, and small routines that build momentum. No celebrity endorsements. No gimmicks. Just people supporting people—exactly how it should be.
