For 9 years, 2006 through January 2015, Pamela served as the president of Parkside Tenant Association. In doing so she educated her fellow neighbors on ways to upgrade the quality of life and decrease the cost of the buildings overhead by introducing and implementing such innovations as the NYC weatherization program, as well as installing energy-efficient tools and appliances. Pamela has also continued to reach out to her community by celebrating seniors through her annual Adopt-a-Grandparent Program. Bost-Mincey in 2003, an organized group of volunteers donate their time, talents, and gifts by visiting nursing homes during the Christmas holiday season. Through musical & choreographed performances, Pamela and her team of volunteers are able to bring joy to the Seniors when many feel hopeless & lonely. Hence the birth of the program's slogan and overall purpose is “Make a Senior Smile for the Holidays”. In addition, she assists her daughter in an annual coat drive event entitled “Xtreme Giving”; as well as supporting, contributing to, and advocating for the annual AIDS Walk NY fundraiser. Pamela is an active member of the Christian Cultural Center ministry, located in Brooklyn, NY. With over 25 years of experience in Real Estate, Pamela has experienced different dramatics of the business. She spent most of her career in a Franchise Real Estate Company located in Queens, NY until her relocation to her current residence in Brooklyn 10 years ago.
