For more than a decade I designed commercial, hospitality, and residential spaces, including my own development projects, and today I bring that eye to real estate.
Somewhere along the way I learned to read a space two ways at once: the way a designer does, for what it could become, and the way an agent must, for what it's truly worth. That's how my clients see the potential other buyers miss, and never overpay to capture it.
It's also the thinking behind FRAME, our full design arm, helping buyers, sellers, and developers unlock a property's value through design, from styling and staging to the strategic improvements that change what a space is worth.
