What an incredible General Membership Meeting!

A heartfelt thank you to our outstanding leadership team for conducting a successful and informative meeting. Your dedication and professionalism continue to move our organization forward.

We would also like to recognize our President, Cookie Miller, who was unable to attend. Cookie was truly heartbroken to miss such an important occasion and to be absent for this exciting milestone. We know she was with us in spirit and shares in the enthusiasm and optimism for the future of West Pasco Hernando Realtors.

We were honored to welcome two exceptional guest speakers, John Walsh from the Hernando County Office of Economic Growth and Deryk Berger from the Pasco County Office of Economic Growth. Thank you both for providing valuable insights and the latest economic updates impacting our communities and our industry.

The Merger Celebration: Open House at the Brooksville office last week was another "cheers to our future" as a new entity.

The energy in the room was proof that we have hit the ground running with more resources and passion than ever before! There was lots of fun while also raising money for the REALTOR Party.

This Memorial Day, we extend our deepest gratitude to our Community Impact Committee Co-Chair, Gena Taylor, for organizing and dedicating her time to honor our fallen heroes by placing flags on their graves. 🇺🇸

Because of Gena’s leadership and commitment to service, along with the incredible support of 42 local ROTC cadets, this meaningful tradition continues to remind us of the sacrifices made for our freedoms.

Thank you, Gena, for your passion, heart for the community, and for ensuring these heroes are remembered and honored. And thank you to the ROTC cadets who stepped up to serve with respect and pride.

Their efforts made a difference — and their acts of remembrance will not go unnoticed.

Memorial Day Observance & Office Closure

In observance of Memorial Day, HCAR and WPBOR offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26.

As we enjoy the long weekend with family and friends, we pause to honor the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. Their bravery and selflessness are the foundation of the freedoms we cherish today.

To all our members who have served, and to the families of those who have lost loved ones in the line of duty, we offer our deepest gratitude and respect.
