Learn hard lessons about contractors, cities, lenders, and underwriting.

That’s normal.

The goal early on isn’t perfection.
It’s building experience, pattern recognition, and confidence project by project. 🤠

Every deal should teach you something that makes the NEXT deal stronger.

The truth is, you do NOT need a fancy degree to become a developer.

I didn’t have a framework. But you do

It’s baked into every redevelopment deal I do.

I’ve missed out on a lot of redevelopment opportunities. But I’ve missed out on going broke, too.

If you don’t have a Plan A, B, and C that all keep you afloat, don’t do the project.

This is exactly how I teach all my students to approach every deal.

Redevelopment isn't about taking the biggest swing possible. It's about learning to structure deals wisely, manage risk, and stack wins over time.
