We are under contract on another home!🏠 Remember how I always say who you work with matters. Well it does! I have had the opportunity to work with many agents across the valley. When I do, I am professional and courteous.😁 And that makes me memorable.❤️ So, when other agents come across multiple off market properties, they think of me. They call 📞me and ask me who I know that might be interested in some "fixer/flip" homes. I also happen to keep in contact with a few great investors.
