I thought it was time to introduce you to someone pretty special who has started tagging along with me on a few of my real estate adventures!

Meet Robbie! 🐶❤️

Robbie is our sweet girl, and now my official Real Estate Assistant!

Recently she joined me for a final walkthrough and closing, and I think she's settling into her new role. She rode along, patiently supervised the signing of all those important papers, and made sure there was a little extra love in the room.

Now, she may not know much about contracts, inspections, or interest rates, but she knows a thing or two about loyalty, patience, and making people smile. And if you ask me, those are some pretty wonderful qualities to bring to the job. ❤️

One of the things I love most about real estate is the people I get to meet, the friendships that grow along the way, and the privilege of being part of such important moments in their lives.

Having Robbie by my side for some of those moments just makes them a little sweeter.

So don't be surprised if you see her popping up in my posts from time to time. She's got a pretty important job to do — spreading a little happiness, one wagging tail and one closing at a time! 🐾

The sellers are great friends and a wonderful couple who were such a pleasure to work with. They had their property off the market, and I was happy to help facilitate the sale and bring the right pieces together.

And the buyer? A young first-time homeowner who relocated to work in our community. 🍎📚 It makes me especially happy knowing this home is going to someone who is investing in our community and helping shape the next generation. We are truly lucky to have her here!
