The art form of turning a home into your own creation has interested me ever since I was a kid. My dad would watch on tv a show called “This Old House” and even as an energetic little kid, I would watch it and be amazed by these people who would transform these old homes into a beautiful oasis. It wasn’t like a new hgtv show where it’s fast moving and dramatic, it was very slow moving and boring, but it was 1 of my favorite things to watch when Rocket Power wasn’t on (lol).
I’ve worked with plenty of flippers and investors over the years as a real estate agent, but this is my 3rd time flipping where I am also the seller not with a company (along with an amazing team). I have learned a ton, not only from my great mentors and brokers at , my incredible team, my real estate flippers/investors I work with and sub contractors. I also have now flipped at different price points, areas and funding types.
