WHERE HAVE WE BEEN?!?!

It has been a wild ride this past year. Both me and Hannah have embarked on new journeys that took our focus away from real estate. I am a firefighter/EMT, and Hannah is running our very own indoor play studio in Braselton. We still have a passion for real estate, so we will be back soon. Just wanted to give a quick update!

In the past 30 days we have all worked diligently for the loan assumption.

Today, we close with our clients and friends on a beautiful new to them home, in their dream neighborhood, with a 2.87% interest rate.

In 2024 we had the pleasure of helping families buy, sell, and rent.

- Sold a home with a solar loan (iykyk). 10 days on the market 10k over list price
- Helped buy a home with a VA loan in a competitive market. With repairs fixed and closed in 20 days.
- Sold a home that had previously expired with another agent. While using some tactical Open House techniques.
