My fellow RE professionals!
Are any of you experiencing someone taking your rental properties and posting the rents lower than they are in the MLS/online on FB Marketplace? I attached the ACTUAL post by our office for $1600/mo, as well as the fraud making false posts, including her profile.

There are a few on FB doing this and the prospects I speak with are sending pics of the posts to show me what they saw.
However, when I go to look them up in Marketplace, nothing shows. I'm assuming they're blocking the listing agents because they know they are fraudulently posting.

If anyone knows anything about this, please let me know. If it continues, I will have to report them as frauds. Thank you!
