In-season (May 24 - Sept 15) Rates: $200 night or $1200 week (3-night minimum during in-season)
Off-season Rates: $150 night or $900 week (2-night minimum during off-season)
- $75 cleaning fee
- One night security deposit (to be refunded within 7 days of check-out if no damage found). Call or text 317-502-9775 (John) to check availability and put down your deposit (half of your rental fee). Remainder of fee plus cleaning fee and security deposit due 30 days before check-in date. Cancellation Policy: 30 days or more prior to arrival receives full refund.
