I originally met these buyers while helping a past client fill a rental vacancy. We stayed in touch, I reached out last week because I felt opportunity was opening up in the market, and timing couldn’t have been crazier. They had JUST started touring open houses and found a home they loved 👀

Grateful beyond words for trust like this 🙏

The Bay Area market can be competitive, emotional, and overwhelming, especially when navigating tight timelines, uncertainty, and multiple cash offers. My goal has never been to just help clients buy a home. It’s to help them make confident decisions, protect their peace of mind, and create the strongest possible outcome.

Some homes are more than just transactions. 96 Lycett Circle was one of them. 😮‍💨🙏🏡

What started as helping the original owners through a long and emotional decision-making process eventually turned into an off-market sale to a great group of investors, a major renovation journey full of challenges, and finally bringing this Daly City home to market in its new form.

The response was immediate. Pre-emptive offers started coming in within the first day, and we ultimately received one strong enough for the sellers to accept immediately rather than wait through a multiple-offer process.

This deal was a reminder that relationships, preparation, strategy, and genuinely caring about people still matter tremendously in this business.

Referrals like this mean everything to me. When past clients trust me with the people they care about, I’m incredibly grateful and never take it lightly.

This came together in under 3 weeks in a San Francisco market that’s absolutely on 🔥. Low inventory, very few homes they truly loved, and intense competition.
