San Bruno Roots

San Bruno Roots San Bruno Roots is a resource for all who are interested in San Bruno Real Estate. My name is Steph I hope you find this page useful.

I am a life long resident of San Bruno and currently reside in the Crestmoor Park neighborhood. For decades I have been actively volunteering in our community schools and service clubs. I began selling real estate in 2005, and I have grown my business to cover the entire Bay Area with a special emphasis and expertise in San Bruno. I created this page to highlight San Bruno real estate, discuss mar

ket trends, allow forums around how political decisions will effect our home values and neighborhoods, and share my advice and resources around selling and buying strategies and home improvement.

As commercial space continues to struggle Biotech booms. The work-from-home trend created during the pandemic is proving to be somewhat sticky, which may be good for employees but bad for trying to fill the Peninsula’s open office spaces. Biotech is booming, however, and at least one expert sees the market for offices has nowhere else to go but up.

According to Shannon Chircop, a commercial real estate advisor for Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate services firm,
he said," I am hopeful that the commercial market has hit a bottom and that these are signals that employers in San Mateo County are making space for employees to come back to the office."
