simple routine that can be repeated without exhausting everyone.
A basket for quick clutter, made beds, clear counters, lights on, and a plan for pets can accomplish a lot. The

Buyers who have always had public water and sewer may feel uncertain about well and septic systems. They
are not automatically problems; they are simply systems that should be understood, evaluated, and
maintained properly.
For the right property, more land or a quieter location may make that learning curve worthwhile.

Talking with a lender does not commit someone to buying a house. It provides useful information: an
estimated payment, available loan options, likely closing costs, and whether anything needs attention before
a serious search begins.
It is much easier to make a thoughtful decision with real numbers than to build a plan around an online
calculator.

Receipts, permits, warranties, service records, surveys, and invoices are not exciting, but they can become
extremely valuable when selling. Documentation helps answer questions, explains completed work, and can
give buyers more confidence in the history of a home.
If you complete a major repair or improvement, save the paperwork somewhere you can actually find it later.
Your future self - or future Realtor - will thank you.

furniture fit? Is there enough storage? How noisy is the street? Where will visitors park? What does the house
feel like at that time of day?

We remember the lives lost, the families whose lives changed forever, and the first responders and ordinary people who showed extraordinary courage in unimaginable circumstances.
