& ANOTHER DEAL CLOSED! 🏡🔑✨

Today, I had the pleasure of helping this sweet family officially close on the sale of their home! 🥹🤍

This one wasn’t easy. With the market being what it is and interest rates still on the higher end, we knew we had some challenges ahead of us.

Kiara and her family had previously listed their home with another agent, but after sitting on the market for a couple of months, she reached out to me and asked what I could do differently.

And that’s when we had one of those tough but necessary conversations. The reality is, selling a home in today’s market isn’t as easy as putting a sign in the yard and hoping for the best. Pricing matters, marketing matters, and having the right strategy in place makes ALL the difference.

We made some adjustments, put a plan together, and after just a couple of weeks on the market… WE WERE UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

Was the process perfect? Absolutely not. There were challenges along the way, but Kiara and her family trusted me every step of the way, even when the conversations weren’t always easy. And today, it all paid off!

They are officially closing this chapter and moving on to their next one, and I couldn’t be happier for them. 🥹

An appreciation post for these ladies right here. 🥹🤍

When I started my real estate journey almost two years ago, I had absolutely NO clue what I was doing. One thing I quickly learned is that real estate school doesn’t actually teach you how to be an agent. It teaches you the rules and laws, but not how to find clients, negotiate, fill out contracts, or actually run a real estate business.

When I first started, I met with several amazing agents in the area, but when I met Meagan, we instantly clicked. She was so open and honest about the industry, answered my million questions, and helped me when she had absolutely no obligation to. Simply out of the kindness of her heart.

She eventually introduced me to Tanya and explained how their team worked, but also made it clear that I didn’t have to officially be on their team for them to welcome me and help me grow.

And that’s exactly what they’ve done.

These ladies took me under their wings and showed me the roadmap to real estate. From setting up my accounts, filling out paperwork, walking me through transactions, inviting me to events, and ALWAYS making sure I felt included. They never made me feel like I was figuring this all out alone.

In an industry where some agents see new agents as competition, these ladies saw me as a friend and someone worth helping.

They never owed me anything, yet they’ve continuously shown up for me, celebrated my wins, encouraged me through the hard days, and reminded me why I started.

I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever have enough words to express how grateful I am for these two women. They’ve mentored me, supported me, believed in me, and loved me through every stage of this journey. I wouldn’t be the agent I am today without them.

Meagan and Tanya, thank you for never making me feel like just another agent. Thank you for making me feel like family. 🤍

I hope one day I can be for another new agent what you two have been for me. You’ve shown me there’s room for all of us to succeed and that helping others grow doesn’t take away from your own success.

Unfortunately, I DO care about you! 🤣🏡

And sometimes that means having tough conversations and telling you things you might not want to hear.

A good agent isn’t just going to tell you what you want to hear. They’re going to be honest, realistic, and look out for your best interests, even when those conversations aren’t easy!

At the end of the day, I’d rather have an uncomfortable conversation with you than let you make a decision you might regret later. 🤍
