So the economy is plugging along. There is construction activity everywhere. You look around and see vans and trucks filled with tools and lumber, pipes, and ladders parked in every neighborhood. Cranes fill the air around high rises. Overall there just seems to be a flurry of construction activity....

He was professional, honest, straight-forward and fair in his property valuation and in working to sell our house and close quickly with him.

Although we could have listed our home with a realtor and likely sold for a higher selling price, we had to sell and close very quickly, since I was relocating out of State to start a new job within 1 month. Jeff was very accommodating and expedited the process so that after agreeing on a fair price in early March, we were able to move out mid-March, and then close on a date we chose a week later.

I would recommend other sellers consider working with Jeff Johnson, especially if they need to move and close in a short time frame.
