Welcome to our ONE North Idaho Family Brandi Dutra. She has been licensed since the age of 18 and has practiced real estate in Washington, Oregon, and even Arizona. She is a country gal at heart, born and raised in Sandpoint, Idaho you might just spot her in farm boots jumping out of a truck. 🤠

We asked her a few questions to get to know her better in a Q&A format.

𝗤: What is your favorite thing to do in North Idaho?
𝗔: I love enjoying all that downtown Coeur d'Alene has to offer- whether a walk on the beach with an ice cream cone on a hot summer day, or enjoying the incredible Christmas Lights in the middle of winter.

𝗤: What is your favorite place to visit?
𝗔: I love going to Parallel 47 to dine out with my husband. It's a great environment for a date night, especially when they have live music!

𝗤: What do you enjoy doing the most when not at work?
𝗔: I am a bit of a busy-bee... I LOVE projects around the farm; building chicken coops, mowing the pastures, cleaning the barn, etc. If you can actually get me to relax, I really enjoy family BBQs, or off-road adventures with my husband in his Jeep!

𝗤: Do you have a hobby or any other interests/passions?
𝗔: Horses. Ever since I was a little girl I have enjoyed just being around them. And riding is fun, too!

𝗤: What is your market niche?
𝗔: I enjoy all of my clients, but my niche is definitely acreage or farms. Due to my own personal experience living on acreage, and raising farm animals and horses, I have an eye for what works for different "farm life" or just rural living scenarios. I love putting my personal experience to use when helping my clients purchase property.

𝗤: What is your favorite type of home?
𝗔: I'll give you one guess... farmhouse! I love a beautiful, white farmhouse with a large front porch.

𝗤: Anything else you’d like to add?
𝗔: When I was 12 years old, my parents moved our family onto 20 acres in Montana. We had no running water, electricity, or even a proper bathroom! HA! It was an amazing adventure and truly contributed to my character and "can do" attitude. My parent’s passion for homesteading certainly was contagious and I am thankful for all I learned through our family adventures.
