So here we are back at it again OCD Handyman Services changed all lighting to L.E.D inside and out and had my neighbor James Mandel owner of J.C’S Home Restorations LLC took care of replacing my rear door to one with the blinks in-between the glass and paintedall the outside of the house and did a tremendous job his info is now on the card give him a shout great workmanship

So had to do an emergency service last Sunday where a tree took cane down on the wires and ripped the whole thing down

Ok so all done coach lights added to sides of garage door these are on photocell but they can also be tied in to existing front door light switch if accessible material @ $200 depends on light fixture can be less and $175 labor on this job

So they wanted to see in the attic and we made that possible for them now time to pad it out so they can have storage but had to be able to se the area first

So dryer vent cleaning done upon request of home inspection better to be safe than sorry this is definitely a fire hazard check your vents
