Between the Charlie Kirk assassination (the government is involved), the Lindsay Clancy case (her defense attorney is a total beast,) and now the Nolan Wells murder(huge coverup…)

I am entirely sure I chose the wrong profession. 😂

I should’ve been a professional juror.

Because why am I over here analyzing evidence, questioning timelines, listening to testimony, and deciding who’s full of balogne like I’ve been personally selected for jury duty on every major case in America?

There are quite a few new faces around here, so I figured it was time to reintroduce myself and tell you a little about the woman behind the real estate posts. ❤️

I’m a Colorado native, wife, mama to five girls, book-obsessed, gym-loving, adventure-chasing Realtor who genuinely loves helping people find their place in this beautiful state I’ve always called home.

Real estate is what I do, but people are why I do it.

I specialize in military families and relocation, whether you’re PCS’ing to Colorado Springs, moving across the country, buying from another state, selling before your next duty station, or simply trying to figure out where the heck to start.

Being a military brat, mama, and spouse and having a husband who served, gives me a deep appreciation for the military community and everything that comes with those moves. The timelines. The unknowns. The stress of trying to choose a home and neighborhood when you may have never even stepped foot in Colorado.

That’s where I come in.

I can be your eyes and ears on the ground. I offer virtual showings, help you understand the different areas surrounding our military installations, connect you with trusted lenders and vendors, walk you through the process from beginning to end, and tell you the truth even when it isn’t necessarily what you hoped to hear.

Because my job isn’t to sell you a house.

I know my kid, and one thing Natalee does NOT do is disrespect. Girl literally says, “Yes, ma’am,” when you call her name. 😂

So imagine my surprise opening her letter today and reading that she had been reported for bullying by a grown woman with a wife and kids. Then, according to Natalee, after everything was investigated, the other woman was the one told to leave the bay.

Ma’am. 😅

The fact that my 18-year-old is apparently dealing with grown-woman drama at Basic Training was definitely not on my bingo card.

But one thing about my girl, she is not going to lay down and let someone walk all over her either. She knows how to be respectful, she knows how to follow orders, and she also knows how to stand up for herself.

Mama and Daddy definitely didn’t raise her to be disrespectful, but we sure as hell didn’t raise her to be a doormat either. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The fastest way to make your Realtor’s heart stop? Quit your job a week before closing. 😅

If you’re under contract, your lender approved your loan based on your current financial picture. Changing that picture before closing can delay your loan or even cause it to be denied.

Here’s what you should avoid until after you’ve signed the closing documents and the home is officially yours:

🚫 Don’t quit or change jobs.
🚫 Don’t finance a new car, furniture, or appliances.
🚫 Don’t open or close credit cards.
🚫 Don’t make large purchases on credit or with cash.
🚫 Don’t co-sign for anyone.
🚫 Don’t miss or make late payments.
🚫 Don’t move large amounts of money between accounts without talking to your lender.
🚫 Don’t make large cash deposits that can’t be documented.
🚫 Don’t apply for new credit, even if it’s “just to see what you qualify for.”
🚫 Don’t make any major financial decisions without checking with your lender first.

I know it’s exciting, and you’re ready to start buying furniture, decorating, or making life changes. But trust me, waiting just a little longer can save you from a lot of unnecessary stress.

When in doubt, call your lender or your Realtor before making a financial move. We’d much rather answer a quick question than have to fix a problem days before closing.

Jamaica Day 2

We started the day exactly how vacation should start, rocking our matching bathing suits in the ocean and by the pool. They were definitely a hit because everyone at the resort kept stopping us to compliment them. Suns out, buns out. 😂

From there, we packed in as much fun as we could. We went tubing, wakeboarding, and even rode the water tricycles. It was one of those days where you just keep saying, “One more thing,” because you don’t want the fun to end.

One of the highlights was watching Leon work the crowd. If you’ve ever been to Sandals Negril, you know exactly what I mean. His energy was contagious. Between the dancing, the laughs, and getting everyone involved, he made every event even better.

That night, we watched live music, an incredible fire performance, and then did what we do best… danced the night away on the beach.

Of course, the night had to end with all of us jumping into the pool. In hindsight, wearing all white probably wasn’t my smartest decision, but thank goodness for adults-only resorts. 😂🤍

This one hit me a little differently. 🥹

One of my favorite parts of real estate is relocation. Helping someone move across town is one thing. Helping a family move across the country is another.

This sweet family moved here from Chicago, and we worked side by side for two years to find the right place to call home. Two years. The fact that they trusted me for that long means more than they’ll ever know. Truly ♥️

We spent days exploring Colorado together. We drove through the mountains, wandered around Cripple Creek, Victor, and Manitou Springs, and ultimately found exactly what they were looking for in Woodland Park.

Honestly… it was everything I love about this job.

Their entire family was something special. Kind, patient, and just genuinely good people. Somewhere along the way, they became more than clients.

Reviews like this remind me why I do what I do. Buying a home is important, but helping people find a place that truly feels like home, especially when they’re starting over somewhere new, is the best part.

Thank you for trusting me with your move, your family, and this chapter of your lives. It was an honor, and I’d do it all over again just to have this friendship. ❤️🏔️🏡
