Girls being girls. 💕

One minute they’re making TikToks, the next they’re laughing so hard they can’t breathe. Sharing secrets, taking a hundred pictures, stealing each other’s clothes, and somehow turning the most ordinary moments into core memories.

There’s something special about watching sisters grow up together. The inside jokes, the chaos, the friendship they’re building without even realizing it.

These are the moments I hope they remember forever. 🩷

We weren’t even sure we were going to make the zoo part of the trip, but I am so glad we did.

The girls came up with a face paint game where everyone got assigned a design, but no one knew what the group had chosen for them until it was finished. The reactions were half the fun. Hopefully Bailee puts together the video because it was pretty hilarious.

Bailee and Savena spent a good portion of the day playing photographer and model. Honestly, the zoo is gorgeous, so I don’t blame them. Everywhere we turned felt like the perfect backdrop for photos.

The weather couldn’t have been better. It wasn’t overly hot, nobody was melting down from the heat, and somehow we survived all the walking without anyone completely losing their mind.

One of my favorite parts was getting to see not only a working bee hive but an ant colony too. The zoo also had some of the coolest creepy crawlers and insects. The girls probably could have stayed in those exhibits forever.

And then there were the pandas.

Anyone who knows me knows that was the highlight. Every person before us was trying to get a good picture, but both pandas had their faces turned away. We waited, hoping for a little luck, and right before we left, one of them turned and looked our direction just long enough for us to snap photos and grab a video of that perfect little face. It was one of those tiny moments that makes the whole day.

We also rode the Skyfari. Thyri was absolutely convinced she wasn’t going to survive the experience, but she made it across and lived to tell the tale. 😂

Just one of those days that wasn’t rushed, wasn’t stressful, and didn’t need to be anything more than making memories together. Perfect. 🖤

PS. The frog deserves his own honorable mention. While all the other frogs were hanging out together, this guy had separated himself and was living his best life in what looked like his own personal spa. Fully stretched out, completely unbothered, looking like he had absolutely nowhere to be and no responsibilities waiting for him.

He is me, and I am him. 😂

🌊☀️ 𝕊𝕒𝕟 𝔻𝕚𝕖𝕘𝕠 - 𝓑𝓮𝓪𝓬𝓱 𝓑𝓪𝓫𝓲𝓮𝓼 ☀️🌊

We spent two of our days being complete sand puppies.

Laying on the beach for hours, boogie boarding (which the girls absolutely killed), catching sand piggies, making new friends, eating basic boardwalk food, seashell searching, and just enjoying being there.

No agenda. No rushing around trying to fit everything in. Just letting the girls be kids and doing whatever sounded fun in the moment.

Some of my favorite memories from this trip weren’t the big attractions. They were sitting in the sand watching the girls laugh, race into the waves, and come back covered head to toe in sand with a story to tell.

Simple days. The best days. ☀️ 🧴

One of my favorite parts of being a girl mom is getting to do life alongside them. The laughs, the inside jokes, the random TikToks, the car rides, the late-night talks, and all the little moments that seem ordinary now but will be the memories we hold onto later.

I know these years are flying by, so if making one more TikTok means a few more minutes together, I’m all in. 🤍

The videos are fun, but the memories we’re making? Those are the real keepsakes. ✨

Happy 17th Birthday to my beautiful daughter, Bailee Lynn. 🩷

Seventeen years. I honestly don’t know how that happened so fast. It feels like just yesterday I was holding the sweetest little baby girl, and now I’m watching you grow into this incredible young woman who is standing on the edge of her senior year and all the adventures that come with it.

Bailee, you have always been my easy kid. The one I never had to worry about. You’ve always had a good head on your shoulders, a kind heart, and a quiet strength that has carried you through life. You’ve worked hard in school, made good choices, and somehow managed to be both responsible and completely hilarious at the same time.

One of my favorite things about you is that you’re never afraid to be yourself. You’re weird in all the best ways, unapologetically you, and you make people laugh without even trying. Your kindness shines through everything you do. You’re always willing to help, always thinking of others, and you have a heart that is so much bigger than you probably even realize.

Like any mother and daughter, we’ve had our ups and downs over the years. We’ve had moments where we’ve laughed until we cried and moments where we’ve wanted to pull our hair out. But through every season, every disagreement, every challenge, and every milestone, one thing has never changed: my love for you. It has never wavered for a single second.

As I look at you today, I see so many things that I admire. You are everything I’m not. Watching you become your own person has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

This year is going to be such a big one. Your senior year. The final chapter before you step out into the world and start writing your own story. I pray it’s everything you’ve hoped for and more. I pray you make memories you’ll carry forever, chase your dreams fearlessly, and never forget just how capable, intelligent, and loved you are.

Happy 17th birthday, my Bailee Lynn. I love you beyond measure, beyond words, and beyond anything this world could ever fully explain. 🖤

Girls trip = success. 🖤

A few lazy days on the beach, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, way too many laughs, and memories I’ll hold onto forever.

The best part though?

No work. No constant notifications. No scrolling. Just quality time with my girls, soaking up every moment and reminding myself that these days don’t last forever.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is put the phone down, step away from the emails, and be exactly where your feet are.

Every second was worth it. ☀️🌊

Sounds exactly like the kind of reset every busy mom needs once in a while. 🖤

🖤 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄 🖤

For the next few days, I’m trading contracts, showings, and closing dates for something even more important… time with my girls.

We’re heading off on a girls trip and I’m intentionally choosing to be as unplugged as possible. I’ll still be snapping plenty of photos and making memories, but outside of that, I’m taking a step back from my phone, emails, and social media so I can be fully present for every laugh, every adventure, and every moment.

As a mom, a REALTOR®, a wife, and someone who always has a million things on her to-do list, it’s easy to fall into the trap of constantly being available. There’s always one more email to answer, one more text to send, one more task to complete. But the truth is, these moments with our children don’t wait for us. They don’t pause until our inbox is empty.

One day, my daughters won’t be asking me to go on girls trips. They won’t be piling into hotel rooms together, laughing until midnight, or wanting one more picture with mom. These are the memories that become the stories we tell years from now, and I never want to look back wishing I had spent less time working and more time being present.

So for the next few days, I’m choosing presence over productivity. I’m choosing conversations over notifications. I’m choosing memories over meetings.

I will be back in the office on Friday and will return all calls, texts, emails, and messages at that time.

Until then, I’m soaking up every second with my girls. 💕☀️

See you Friday.

🖤 DelRae

If you think about it, send up a little prayer for our CVMA guys as they begin the long trek to New York and back for Nationals. ❤️💛🖤🏍️

For many people, the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association is just a motorcycle association. But for those who know them, it’s so much more than that.

The CVMA is made up of combat veterans who continue to serve long after they’ve taken off the uniform. They raise money for veterans in need, support veteran organizations, attend funerals for those who have no family, stand beside military families during difficult times, and show up whenever and wherever they’re needed.

It’s a brotherhood built on service, sacrifice, and taking care of their own.

So as these men spend long hours on the road, through different states, weather conditions, and thousands of miles, pray for safe travels, alert minds, good weather, reliable bikes, and a safe return home to the families who love them.

One of those riders is mine, and while I know he’ll have an incredible time with his brothers, I’ll be counting down the days until he’s safely back home.

Ride safe, gentlemen. Thank you for continuing to serve in a different way. 🇺🇸❤️💛🖤

POV: You just sold another listing in a market everyone keeps saying is “slow” in 16 days. 😏🏡

There’s something really special about calling a seller and saying, “We did it.”

The showings.
The open houses.
The feedback.
The strategy changes.
The conversations.
The waiting.

All of it pays off when that right buyer finally walks through the door.

Every home has a story, and getting to help my clients close one chapter and start the next is something I’ll never take for granted.

Another one sold. Another family moving forward. And I couldn’t be more grateful. 🖤
