Wallin Realty is founded and led by Sean Wallin. Sean has a love for real estate and travel. He spent time living in Tennessee where he began working in the mortgage industry. He chose to then attend dental school and received the opportunity to move to Bulgaria to operate a dental studio there. While in Bulgaria he began to rekindle his love of real estate and began managing multiple rental properties. After returning to the US in 2010, he enjoyed living in New Hampshire for many years but was eager to return to his Georgia roots. His travel, business experience and real estate passion has given him an edge in professional technique, negotiating strategy and fresh perspectives on Georgia real estate. Sean is a true people person. He loves to build relationships with folks from different cultures and backgrounds by being a fantastic listener, staying flexible, and committing 100% to the goals of his clients.
