I present to you the toughest sale of my career thus far. My sellers were adamant about a price that was just unrealistic with the neighborhood. I attracted well over fifteen offers and two different appraisal reports (by licensed professionals) that pointed to a price lower than what they were looking to yield. I take pride in selling the homes I list for top-dollar in each and every neighborhood I sell in but the price they were after was simply out of the question. I’m happy to announce that after some tough love and coaching, the house sold at a price in tune with today’s market, ultimately purchased by my clients who’s home I sold in search for more space, and my sellers and buyers totally hit it off upon meeting on two different occasions. Divine intervention! 🙌 So happy to see this home go to such a loving family with young children. 🏡👨👩👦👦—————————
