Here is an amazing video on how systemic racism works. I wanted to share because I have many many white friends, associates, coworkers, classmates, teammates in my life who I love. However it is imperative that I point how the system has failed us and we need your help to fix it.

These are trying times here in America and now more than ever I ask you to stand by our side as we fight this system that was not created for us to win. I do not want you to apologize for your ancestors but I will ask that you help to fix the systematic ways they created to keep us down.

We need change. We need reform. We need for America to be a better place and we need it NOW!
