Rob, a native of Northumberland County, VA, embarked on his real estate journey by selling properties for a developer in New Jersey. However, his heart led him back to Virginia, where he honed his expertise in residential sales and appraisals in the vibrant Richmond area. With a keen eye for opportunities, Rob has spent the last 8 years specializing in land transactions across Virginia. He worked with timber investment companies, REITs, and private landowners to facilitate sales and purchases. Now, Rob has returned to his roots in the Northern Neck, bringing his wealth of experience and passion for real estate back to where it all began.

Rob's diverse background and extensive experience make him a valuable asset to Van Land Realty. In his new role, Rob will be involved in sales, appraisals, investments, development, and contributing to the growth and success of VLR.
