Some closings are about so much more than buying a house. ❤️ This one was incredibly special. This home belonged to my friend’s mom, who passed away a couple of years ago, and I had the privilege of helping bring it back to her.
There’s something really beautiful about knowing she gets to return to a place filled with memories of her mom. A place where she can sit quietly, remember her, feel close to her, and make new memories while holding onto the old ones.
Real estate gets to be part of some of the biggest transitions in people’s lives, but this one hit a little differently. I’m so grateful she trusted me to help make this home hers. 🏡❤️
