When I meet with a seller to go over the process, and we walk around their property or through their home, the same question gets asked. Is my home set for photos to be done, or what does it need? Majority of homes are vacant and/or virtually staged and this post is not meant for those sellers. I'm talking to sellers that currently live in their marketed homes and want it to look the best it can while still being lived in!

Declutter.

Work room to room and pick out things that are unnecessary to have out on countertops, shelves, or nightstands.

This doesn't have to mean you're living in a s**ce, now, that has to remain looking like a Pinterest board or AI created photo, but having somewhere for these things to go clears the visual s**ce for your perspective buyers to see themselves living there when they come for a showing.

Dishes in the sink - put in the dishwasher or away
Laundry - put it in the washer for later
Nightstand- have a basket for items to put into a closet
Countertops- stow small appliances or bread or misc items in a cabinet or closet.

Take 15 minutes to prep your home to invite buyers into your home!

Ever just sit back and think about what life would look like if you didn't take an opportunity? I'm not sure where I would be if I didn't pursue real estate. So, I want to extend a thank you to everyone involved that's made this possible for me. (Forgive me if I forget anyone, your def all important!) Robert Evenden your first and foremost!
