As a lifelong resident of Sacramento County, my love for real estate has been a constant thread throughout my life. From an early age, I found joy in exploring neighborhoods, homes, and construction sites, ultimately leading me to collaborate with a brilliant builder, developer, and landlord. Following his passing, I stepped into various roles, managing subdivision development, home and commercial sales, property management, and landlord responsibilities. Along the way, I gained expertise in the intricate processes of 1031 exchanges and reverse exchanges.
My educational journey took me through Saint Francis High School and culminated in a Business degree from Sacramento State University. Although I initially purchased a home in Folsom, my heart found its home in El Dorado County. I later built my first home in Shingle Springs, specifically in the charming community of Hacienda De Estrellas, where I spent over two decades, living in three different homes within the same community. In 2021, my daughters Rebecca and Lauren and I moved into a new home in Cameron Woods, a place we now call home and cherish.
