Carrie Chapman at Coldwell Banker Realty I have been a lifelong resident of Lancaster County. I grew up here and now my husband and I are enjoying raising our two boys here.

There are a lot of great things that Lancaster County has to offer but we especially enjoy walking with our dog on the Susquehanna River rail trail. When we are not enjoying the Lancaster County countryside we like to travel and we also enjoy spending quality family time in northern Pennsylvania riding four-wheelers or cruising around in our jeep. I have worked in a variety of Administrative Assis

tant positions during my career but never found anything that I was truly passionate about. From a young age, I had a love of houses but was always too afraid to change careers. After some consideration and support from my family I decided to obtain my real estate license along with a Military Relocation Professional certification. I have found something that I truly love doing and partnering with my clients on their home buying or selling journey has been so rewarding! I have helped many clients throughout Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York counties. To increase my ability to help real estate clients, I have also obtained my Notary Public license. This has been particularly helpful for clients and completing their real estate transactions. I am also a member of the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce. I also volunteer with Elizabethtown Community Housing Outreach Services (ECHOS) with their fund development committee. I look forward to partnering with you to help Welcome You Home!
